How to Return Your Items:

Returning items has never been easier! Simply follow these steps, and you’ll be all set.

What You Need:

  • Your order number and email address (you can find these in your order confirmation email).

Easy Steps to Return:

  1. Select the items you’d like to return.
  2. Pack the items securely and attach the return label to the package.
  3. Ship the package back to us.

Return Policy Overview:

  • Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your order for store credit (outlet items are not eligible unless faulty). We also offer exchanges, though please note that an additional shipping charge applies to exchanges.
  • Items should be returned in original, unworn condition, with tags still attached and free from signs of use, washing, or alterations. We can’t accept returns on items with makeup stains, deodorant, body odors, or sweat patches from your intense workouts—these will be sent back to you!
  • Gift Cards are non-returnable.
  • Ensure that your return is packaged securely to prevent any damage during transit.

Faulty Items:

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, reach out to us right away with clear photos and a description of the issue, along with your order number and email address. If your claim is verified, we will reimburse the return shipping costs and arrange for compensation once the faulty item is received. Claims for faulty or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. After this, standard returns will apply. Items that are damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions will not be deemed faulty.
