4. Return Policy
We accept returns on eligible products under the following conditions:
- The return request is submitted within:
- 14 days of receiving your order for change of mind, sizing issues, or general returns
- 7 days of receiving your order for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, including those damaged during delivery
- Items must be in original, unworn condition, with:
- Tags attached and original packaging included, along with all accessories
- No signs of wear, washing, or alteration
- No marks, stains, body odour, or other indications of use
- The product must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase
- Gift cards are non-returnable
- Outlet or sale items can only be returned if deemed faulty under the Australian Consumer Law
Approved returns can be processed as:
- A store credit
- An exchange, subject to availability and applicable shipping fees
- A refund, where there is a major failure or if the issue is not resolved within a reasonable timeframe, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law
Items returned without prior approval, or that do not meet these conditions, may be declined and returned to you at your expense.
5. Exceptions
We may refuse to provide a return, repair, or replacement if:
- The product was misused and caused the issue
- You were aware of defects before purchase
- You requested modifications or alterations against our advice
- Any other exceptions under the Australian Consumer Law apply
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If your return is due to a fault or issue covered under ACL, we will cover return shipping costs.
- For all other returns (including change of mind), you are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
- If the product is later deemed not eligible, return or inspection costs may be passed on to you.
