SHIPPING POLICY

1. Introduction

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Styling Her Everyday. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

2. Processing Your Order

An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.

3. Shipment Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.

After your payment is authorised and verified, most orders are processed within 2 business days. In some cases—such as high-volume periods or back-ordered items—processing may take up to 5 business days. We will contact you if there are any delays.

4. Shipment Locations

4.1 Domestic Only

Styling Her Everyday currently ships within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Shipment Rates and Delivery Estimates

We endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Delivery timeframes are estimates and commence from the date of shipment (not the date of order). Delivery times are provided as a guide only and are subject to approval and acceptance of your order. Delays due to weather, public holidays, or other external factors may apply.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order promptly.

5.1 Express Shipping

  • Delivery within 1–2 business days
  • $20 flat rate

5.2 Standard Shipping

  • Delivery within up to 5 business days
  • $15 flat rate, or FREE for orders over $100 AUD (after discounts and excluding shipping fees)

 

6. Please Note

  • "Business day" means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on:
    • Carrier shipping practices
    • Delivery location
    • Method of delivery
    • Order size and weight
  • Products may be delivered in separate shipments. You will not be charged additional fees and will receive tracking for each package.
  • Shipping rates listed above apply to most orders. Heavier or bulk orders may incur additional fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
  • Due to energy blackouts, lockouts, strikes, or lockdowns, packages to and from our facility in Adelaide may experience delays.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect delivery due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

7. Tracking Options

Styling Her Everyday aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

8. Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@stylinghereveryday.com.au. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

9. Missing or Lost Package

If your package is missing or delayed:

  • First, check with neighbours or common delivery areas (e.g., porches, front desks, garages).
  • If your order is still not located, contact us at info@stylinghereveryday.com.au to report the issue.
    We will investigate with the courier and assist you in resolving the matter.
